Very happy customer here. Nippa quality is obvious, thick plates and tight seams. Heavy, solid steel construction that feels like it will last decades. Ordering was easy and the tracking updates were accurate. Customer service answered all my questions before I ordered. Thank you for a great product!
Pretty much what I expected, and that is a good thing. The design looks beautiful and guests always ask about it. It takes a few burns to cure the paint, so expect some smell at first. We fire it up every Saturday at our cottage. We used it all winter at temperatures well below freezing. Good value overall.
Really good, just short of perfect. Heavy, solid steel construction that feels like it will last decades. Chimney parts are sold separately, which I did not realize at first. Support was friendly and knowledgeable when I called. Minor issues aside, I am happy.

Shipping was quick and everything arrived well packed. Customer service answered all my questions before I ordered. You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately this did not work out for me. The door gasket came loose after a month of use. Delivery was delayed by almost two weeks and updates were slow. Good stove, but it takes longer to heat the room than advertised. Hoping support sorts it out.
