Price Match Policy
At Sauna Heater Supply LLC, we strive to offer the best prices on our products. If you find a lower price for any of our products elsewhere online, we'll match it and beat it by $50 for products listed over $2000.
How It Works
1. Purchase the item from our website.
2. If you find a lower price, contact us with proof (screenshot, invoice, email, etc.) of the lower offer.
3. We'll refund the difference plus an additional $50 for qualifying items.
Policy Limitations
* Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
* The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.
* The competitor must be an online store with no retail location.
* The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (e.g., eBay, overstock, etc.).
* Special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday are excluded.
* The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
* The Price Match Policy includes the item price and shipping charges but excludes sales tax.
* Certain exceptions may apply.
Sauna Heater Supply LLC reserves the right to make the final decision on all price match requests based on the calculation of cost vs. loss.
