Auroom Natura Modern Outdoor Sauna with Changing Room

Preassembled, Up to 5-Person Outdoor Modular Cabin Sauna

Auroom Natura is made to order in Estonia.

The deep brown Thermo-Spruce on the terrace charms the outside while the warm color of the heat-treated aspen coddles you inside. When entering the cabin there is a changing room for your convenience before moving to the sauna itself. The large front glass window opens to an enjoyable view of the outdoors.

Can be combined with the Lounge module

Auroom Natura Sauna Cabin
This sauna cabin includes a dedicated changing area before stepping inside. The changing space is equipped with a comfortable bench and a large window that fills the room with natural light. The sauna entrance features a tempered glass door, designed to keep the heat contained within the sauna and prevent it from escaping into the changing room.

Inside, the walls are lined with horizontally installed Thermo-Aspen wood, prized for its durability and resistance to warping. The sauna offers two seating levels — an upper bench for intense heat and a lower bench for a milder, cooler experience.

The exterior is built to endure harsh weather conditions, providing reassurance with a sturdy roof capable of supporting heavy snow loads and other environmental stresses.

Warranty

Warranty terms for saunas and sauna products

Effective from 2022-03-01

1. Definitions

1.1 “Manufacturer” is Auroom OÜ (registration code 14867010).

1.2 “Product” means a sauna or sauna product (including a sauna bath, sauna door or sauna accessory) manufactured by the Manufacturer for indoor or outdoor use, whether prefabricated or assembled.

1.3 “Seller” means an authorised reseller of the Manufacturer.

1.4 “Customer” is the person who has purchased the Product from the Seller for its intended use.

1.5 “Defect” means a failure or defect in the Product (including a manufacturing or material defect) that prevents the Product from being used as intended.

2. Content and scope of the warranty

2.1 “Warranty” means the obligation of the Manufacturer to remedy Defects notified to it by the Customer or the Seller during the Warranty Period and caused by the acts or omissions of the Manufacturer, or to reimburse the Customer or the Seller for the costs incurred by the Customer or the Seller, with the prior agreement of the Manufacturer, in remedying such Defects. The method of remedying the Defect shall be at the discretion of the Manufacturer.

2.2 The warranty does not apply to third parties to whom the Customer has transferred the Product. A Customer who is not a consumer is not covered by the Warranty unless the Manufacturer has previously confirmed this to the individual Customer in a form that can be reproduced in writing. A Consumer Customer who has purchased the Product directly from the Manufacturer shall be subject to the warranty terms contained in the sales contract instead of the Warranty.

2.3 The “Warranty Period” is 2 years from the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer who is a consumer, but not more than 3 years from the date of manufacture of the Product. Unless the Customer or the Seller proves to the Manufacturer the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer, the Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the date of the conclusion of the sales contract for the Product with the Customer. If neither the Customer nor the Seller proves to the Manufacturer the date of conclusion of the sales contract for the Product with the Customer, the Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the date of manufacture of the Product. If the Manufacturer replaces a Product with a Defective Product, the Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the date of delivery of the replaced Product to the Customer. If the defective Product is repaired by the Manufacturer, the Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the date of repair in respect of the repaired Defect.

2.4 The Warranty does not cover:

a) Defects that are not caused by the acts or omissions of the Manufacturer, including where (i) the Product has not been installed in accordance with its installation instructions; (ii) the Product has not been used in accordance with its instructions for use and maintenance; (iii) the Product has been stored in an unsuitable manner (including being exposed to the elements, high temperature fluctuations, or excessive humidity, being stacked, etc.); (iv) the Product has been damaged during installation or use; (v) the Defect has been caused by the use with the Product of equipment or components other than those supplied by the Manufacturer, or by a failure of such equipment or components; or (vi) the Defect has been caused by force majeure, unforeseeable events or extraordinary weather conditions (e.g. vandalism, fire, flood);

b) natural wear and tear that occurs during the intended use of the Product;

c) naturally occurring and expected characteristics of wood materials (differences in wood grain, knots, slight variations in tone) and phenomena that occur naturally during use of the Product (shrinkage and expansion due to temperature and humidity, moderate deformation) and the visual disturbances they may cause; nor

d) Defects (including transport damage) that would have been detectable by visual inspection prior to installation of the Product.

2.5 The Warranty does not apply if:

a) the Customer has not notified the Seller or the Manufacturer within 2 months of becoming aware of the Defect;

b) the Seller has failed to notify the Manufacturer within 2 weeks of the time at which it became aware or should have become aware of the Defect;

c) the Customer or the Seller has knowingly provided false information about the alleged Defect;

d) the Seller has not paid in full the invoice submitted to it by the Manufacturer for the defective Product;

e) the Customer has continued to use the Product after the discovery of the Defect without the prior consent of the Manufacturer in a form that can be reproduced in writing; or

f) the Product has been in public use or in similar conditions of heavy use without the prior written consent of the Manufacturer.

2.6 Equipment installed in or accompanying the Product and supplied by the Manufacturer is covered by the warranties provided by the manufacturers of such equipment and brokered by the Manufacturer.

3. Submission and handling of a warranty claim

3.1 Upon discovery of a defect, the Customer must immediately cease using the Product and submit a warranty claim to the Seller. If it is not possible to submit a warranty claim to the Seller or if the Seller does not respond, the Customer may submit a warranty claim directly to the Manufacturer.

3.2 The warranty claim must contain at least the following information: the name of the Customer; the address where the Product is located; the name and contact details of the person making the warranty claim; the Product’s product code or name and, if available, serial number; the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer or, if unknown, the date of sale of the Product to the Customer; a description of the Defect; and the Customer’s preferred remedy.

3.3 The warranty claim must be accompanied by: a copy of the document certifying the date of delivery or sale of the Product; photographs in general plan and close-up showing the Defect in good quality.

3.4 The manufacturer will reply to the warranty claim as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks from the receipt thereof. If the Manufacturer is unable to establish on the basis of the information contained in the warranty claim that the Defect is covered by the Warranty, the Manufacturer may require the person making the warranty claim or the Seller to provide further evidence and explanations. In the case of a Defect covered by the Warranty, the Manufacturer shall inform the person making the claim of the manner and time for remedying the Defect.

4. Final provisions

4.1 The granting of the warranty is without prejudice to the Customer’s statutory rights, including the right to exercise against the Seller all remedies available to it under the law.

4.2 Without limiting the Manufacturer’s liability under the law for defective Product, the Manufacturer shall not be liable for any consequential damages that the Customer, the Seller or any third party may incur in connection with the use of or inability to use the Product.

4.3 The Seller may provide additional warranties to the Customer in its name and for its account. The Manufacturer shall not be liable to the Customer for the performance of such warranties.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@saunaheatersupply.com.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at 916-333-0240, the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@saunaheatersupply.com any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Sauna Heater Supply's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Setting up

1
Unloading +
Unloading

The sauna arrives completely pre-built. To position it at your desired location, a crane or forklift will be required. Prior to delivery, we’ll reach out to coordinate and go over all necessary arrangements.

2
Electrical Requirements +
Electrical Requirements

Your sauna setup requires two separate electrical connections: a 240V single-phase line for the heater, and a standard 120V single-phase line to power the lighting.

3
Placement +
Placement

It's important to set up your sauna on a flat, stable surface. You should also plan for proper drainage, keeping in mind where the water will flow based on the sauna’s placement. Auroom suggests installing the unit on a concrete base for best results.

Lighting Features

Lighting Features

The Auroom Natura sauna is equipped with customizable LED lights. On the outside, spotlights are installed on the terrace roof to illuminate the exterior space.

Inside, the lighting is integrated discreetly into the backrest as well as beneath both the upper and lower benches.

All lights are controllable via a remote, which can be conveniently placed on the sauna’s front panel.

Additionally, the brightness levels can be smoothly adjusted to create the perfect ambiance.

Flooring

Flooring

The flooring complements the overall design aesthetic. It features sturdy grid panels combined with rubber inserts that help prevent slipping and protect the wood from moisture exposure.

Airflow Management

Airflow Management

This sauna features a carefully engineered ventilation design to promote effective air movement. The fresh air intake is placed beneath the sauna heater, aligning with manufacturer guidelines to maximize airflow efficiency.

Meanwhile, the exhaust vent is installed high on the wall in the corner diagonally opposite the intake. This arrangement encourages a smooth circulation of air, drawing in fresh air from the intake vent and pushing out warm, moist air through the exhaust vent naturally.

Water Management

Water Management

This sauna features a drain located beneath the wooden floor at its center, allowing any liquids to flow out efficiently. You might want to connect a pipe to this drain to direct the water to a location of your choice.

The sauna’s roof has a gentle slope, which causes rainwater to naturally run off into a gutter situated at the back. From there, the water is channeled away through a downspout, preventing any accumulation that could harm the sauna’s structure.
