Narvi really knows what they are doing. Works perfectly with our home sauna setup. The black finish matches our stove perfectly. Customer service answered all my questions before I ordered. Support was friendly and knowledgeable when I called. Would buy again without thinking twice.
Decent flue, but a few things bugged me. It makes our sauna sessions more enjoyable. One section needed some force to fit together. Easy to set up and use. The instructions assume you know chimney basics. You may need an extra section depending on your ceiling height. Not bad, not great.

Frustrating experience so far. Rust appeared on the joints after one season. One section needed some force to fit together. The joints needed high temp sealant to stop small leaks. The box arrived damaged and I had to wait for a replacement. Expected more for the price.
Not what I hoped for. Support took several days to reply to my emails. The pieces did not line up and we had to buy extra adapters. Delivery was delayed by almost two weeks and updates were slow. The joints needed high temp sealant to stop small leaks. Would not buy again.
