Below are the best considerations you should check out before choosing a sauna.

1. Type of Saunas

The type of sauna you choose should matter, whether it's Traditional (Finnish style), Steam, or Infrared.

While traditional saunas are arguably the best in heating (they can heat up to 200°F), they don't come with all the modernities that steam and infrared saunas come with. They are also primarily dry, and you should not exceed 25 minutes in one.

Opposing that, full-sized saunas are usually 60–70 inches tall and 35–85 inches wide. The bigger the sauna, the longer it’ll take to heat up. And their sizes all vary depending on the model.
